Production of financial report packages, Investment review and performance reports.
Responsible for ROA creation and quality control for Investment Reviews.
Investigate and validate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and deliver to client, Investment Relationship Manager, custodian etc.
Work independently on research and validation reports packages and meet predefined SLA
Project meetings with US/UK business partners to gain understanding of projects
Attend team meetings, leader regular meetings, trainings and contribution to innovation / process improvements in the function.

Responsibilities

Associate would be responsible for delivering their clients, custodian and/or their consultants a comprehensive financial activity statement package that includes portfolio & benchmark performance,holdings,portfolio valuation & transactions,portfolio earnings & ROA. Additional reports includes send-ons, Attribution reports, Risk Reports, Investment Review Reports for TESE accounts, FAS157 reports, ERISA disclosure reports, meeting books, client presentations etc. Required to consistently work towards anticipating, meeting and exceeding customers’ requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.

Project meetings with team in US to gain understanding of projects assigned/awarded and kind of output expected along with discussion of issues if any, solution and project progress.

Attend team meetings, leader regular meetings, trainings and contribution to innovation / process improvements in the function

Required Qualifications

MBA – Finance or B.Com with 2+ years of work experience
Basic understanding of Capital Markets (esp. Securities, Funds, and Forex Markets)
Good communication skills (written / oral), interpersonal skills & be an effective team player
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross – functional teams
Sound analytical skills
Basic MS – Word / Excel, Outlook knowledge


Preferred Qualifications

PowerPoint working knowledge
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Knowledge and understnding about ESG
Experience on accounting & reporting tools - Aladdin, SSRS, Portstat, MoneyMate & VRS is added advantage
